My name is Heidi Porter. I live in Coulsdon, Surrey and serve the local areas. I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, having achieved an ABC level 3 diploma from the highly regarded Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology in East Grinstead.

 

My passion for reflexology was born when I first experienced it myself as a hospital patient, during a period of illness. It helped me a great deal at a very difficult time, and sowed the seed that would later grow into becoming a Reflexologist myself. My background prior to this was as a Primary School Teacher for 19 years, where I saw first hand the importance of addressing stress and anxiety, and the enormous impact they have on our overall health and wellbeing.
